  • Details relating to a bike that you request to be serviced or repaired by us: Make, model, size, serial number, details of work quoted and undertaken

  • Proof of home address in the case of cycle hire in the form of a scanned driving licence, utility bill or passport

  • Details relating to course completion, level / score attained, and date completed

  • Age of participants attending an event or training course, where appropriate.

 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide St Albans Cycle Hub CIC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online, in our Cycle Hub or at a Cycle Hub supported event to receive our newsletter

  • Complete an online contact request or expression of interest form on our website

  • Make a booking for a course or event online or at a Cycle Hub

  • Make a purchase at our Cycle Hub

  • Book your bike in for servicing and/or repair at our Cycle Hub

  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email

  • Use or view our website (via your browser’s cookies)

  • Enter our premises, we may record you on our CCTV system for the prevention of crime

  • Attend an event or course by taking photographs and video, we will ask for your consent to use such media.

  • St Albans Cycle Hub CIC may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

  • British Cycling in respect to Guided, Breeze and Ride Social rides participation
